Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using STRwhatwhere (the “Service”), operated by [The Orange Cabins LLC], you agree to these Terms. If you’re using it for an organization, you confirm you’re authorized to bind that organization.

2. The Service

STRwhatwhere lets you record, organize, photograph, and search inventory and information about short-term-rental properties, and share access with your team.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18.

4. Plans, trials & billing

• New accounts start with a 30-day free trial of the Pro plan — no credit card required. When the trial ends, the account moves to the Free plan unless you subscribe; your data is retained.
• Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled. Discount/promotion codes are applied as described at checkout.
• Fees are stated in-app and may change with notice. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

5. Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the Service: no unlawful content, no infringing others’ rights, no attempts to breach security or isolation, no reselling without permission, and no uploading of others’ personal data without a lawful basis.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of the data, photos, and content you add. You grant us a limited license to host, store, process, and display it solely to operate the Service for you — including sending it to our AI provider when you use AI features. You’re responsible for having the rights to the content you upload.

7. Third-party integrations

If you connect a third-party service (e.g. Hospitable) using your own API key, your use of that service remains governed by its terms, and you’re responsible for your keys and the data you import.

8. AI features

AI-generated tags and answers are provided “as is” and may be inaccurate or incomplete. Verify important information (e.g. safety details, codes, model/serial numbers) before relying on it. Usage may be limited or metered per plan.

9. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, belongs to us. These Terms don’t grant you rights to our branding except to use the Service as intended.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk. On termination you may export your data for a reasonable period, after which it may be deleted.

11. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your content or your misuse of the Service.

13. Governing law & changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of [state/country]. We may update these Terms and will post changes here with a new date; continued use means you accept them.
